Clear Protein Breakfast Cups

This recipe is high in protein. If you prefer, you can use low fat milk and greek yoghurt.

Ingredients

2 figs

2 pears

handful of black grapes

1 tsp hemp hearts

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup milk

4 tbsp greek yoghurt

30g clear protein powder

1/4 cup granola

Soak the chia seeds and clear protein in milk for about 30-40 min.

Wash the fruits. Separate the grapes one by one.

Cut the pear into thin slices and the fig into cubes.

Assemble the cup. Start with grapes, granola, pear slices, chia pudding, more grapes, yogurt, pieces of figs, pears again and hemp seeds.
