Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Wash the zucchini and remove the stem. Grate the zucchini.

Put the grated zucchini in a bag / towel and squeeze the excess water.

Transfer the zucchini to a bowl and add the eggs, flour, salt and pepper.

Form into 4 patties and place them on a tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C (356 F) degrees with a fan for about 15-20 minutes.
