  • 1 cup chickpeas, boiled
  • 1 small boiled cauliflower (or 1 cup strained boiled cauliflower)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • black pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil + for greasing

1

The boiled cauliflower is strained from excess water using an eco bag, cheese cloth, nut milk bag or whatever you have on hand.

2

After straining, you should get about 1 cup strained boiled cauliflower.

3

Add boiled chickpea to the strained cauliflower.

4

Add eggs to the mixture.

5

Pour the olive oil to the texture.

6

Add salt and pepper according to your taste.

7

Using a hand blender or food processor mix well all the ingredients for the pizza crust.

Puree until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Prepare a wide tray lined with baking paper. Grease the paper with olive oil.

10

Spread the dough evenly using a spatula.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160 C (320 F) degrees with a fan for about 20-25 minutes.

Remove the crust from the oven and increase the temperature to 250 C (480 F).

13

Top the pizza crust with ingredients of your choice.

14

Bake the pizza on the top shelf of the oven for about 5 min.
