Healthy Banana Split with Granola

I got obsessed with this banana split for months. It's healthy and so good. Maybe one of the best choices for breakfast if you are fan of bananas and oats.


Ingredients

1 banana

1/2 cup vegan yoghurt

2 cup rolled oats

1 tsp cinnamon
-
3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp coconut oil

1/4 cup (30g) mixed nuts (raw)

1/4 cup (30g) raisins

1/4 cup (30g) dried cherries

toppings: fresh fruits of your choice

Preheat the oven at 160 C (320 F) degrees with a fan.

Melt the coconut oil. Pour the oats into a bowl, add coconut oil, honey, cinnamon and the nuts. Stir.

Spread the granola evenly on a tray covered with baking paper.

Bake the granola for about 5-7 min or until golden brown. Stir frequently.

When the granola is completely done, add raisins and dried cherries.

Let it cool down. Store in a tightly closed container for up to 7 days.
