Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt (coconut yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate drops
  • 1 tbsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1 tbsp erythritol powder (or maple syrup, honey, agave syrup)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

In a bowl, combine yogurt with blue spirulina powder and erythritol. Stir.

Using a toothpick, dip the frozen cherries in the blue yoghurt. Freeze for 5-10 min.

Using a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil.
