Healthy Yogurt Chocolates with Cherries

This recipe is very healthy, sugar free and guilt free. It is possible to make it vegan. It's perfect for summer during the hot days when you want to eat some dessert which is healthy and cool.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt (coconut yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate drops
  • 1 tbsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1 tbsp erythritol (or maple syrup, honey, agave syrup)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

In a bowl, combine yogurt with blue spirulina powder and erythritol. Stir.

Using a tooth pick, dip the frozen cherries in the blue yoghurt. Freeze for 5-10 min.

Using a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil.

Spread the melted chocolate using a fork on top of the frozen yogurt chocolates.

Freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
