Homemade Granola 2

Are there fans of granola with oats? There is nothing better than homemade food, isn't it? Therefore, I always make my own granola. It's versatile and you can add something of yourself, and it's so quick and easy.


Ingredients

  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp date sugar
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup apricot nuts
  • 1/4 cup coconut chips
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup dried fruits (cherries, red cranberries, raisins)
  • 1-2 tbsp cacao nibs

Preheat the oven at 160 C (320 F) degrees with a fan.

Melt the coconut oil.

Pour the oats into a bowl, coconut oil, date sugar and cinnamon.

Add the coconut chips, cashews and apricot nuts. Stir.

Spread the granola evenly on a tray covered with baking paper.

Bake the granola for about 5-7 min or until golden brown. Stir frequently.

When the granola is completely done, add the dried fruits and the cacao nibs.

Let it cool down completely. Store in a tightly closed container for up to 7 days

Serve it with greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt and some fruits of your choice.
