    • Divide the Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt) evenly into three separate cups or bowls, as you'll be adding different colors to each. Have three different spoons ready for stirring.

    • In the first cup of yogurt, sprinkle the organic pink dragon fruit powder and add 1 tablespoon of erythritol (or your preferred sweetener). Stir the mixture until the yogurt turns pink. This will be one of your colorful layers.
