Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup porridge oats
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt (or greek yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (honey or agave syrup)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp puffed quinoa
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate drops
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Soak the oats with the maple syrup and coconut yogurt overnight.

The next morning divide the porridge into 2 parts.

First bowl (white) - leave it as it.

In the 2nd bowl, combine overnight oats and matcha powder. Mix well.

Melt the chocolate drops with coconut oil using double boiler or microwave oven. Dip the very top part of each glass in the melted chocolate. Freeze for 10 min.

Assemble the breakfast. Sprinkle puffed quinoa at the bottom of each glass.

Pour the white porridge. Then add second layer - matcha oatmeal.

Finish it with some mint leaves. Sprinkle a little bit of puffed quinoa.
