How to make classic Shopska Salad into a trendy Buddha Bowl.
Ingredients

2 tomatoes

1 cucumber

1-2 tbsp olive oil

parsley

1 red onion

50g feta cheese

1 bell pepper (green or red)

salt to taste

Dice the tomatoes and cucumbers.
Tip:
- Peel the skin of tomatoes with a pealer, if you prefer.

Chop the red onion and bell pepper.

Assemble the salad like a Buddha Bowl. Add tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper, red onion and parsley. Crumble the fresh feta cheese.

Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt to taste.

Decorate with colorful chilli peppers.
