Superfood Overnight Oatmeal

This breakfast is so delicious, healthy and full with superfoods - matcha, dragon fruit and butterfly pea. Please tag me in social medias if you try this recipe. I would love to see your recreations.


Ingredients

1 cup porridge oats

1 1/2 cup coconut yogurt (or greek yogurt)

2 tbsp maple syrup (honey or agave syrup)

1 tsp butterfly pea powder

1 tsp matcha powder

1 tsp dragon fruit powder

2 cookies of your choice

1/2 cup blueberries

In a bowl combine the oats with maple syrup and coconut yogurt. Soak overnight.

The next morning divide the oatmeal into 4 different bowls.

First bowl (white porridge) - leave it as it.

In the 2nd bowl, combine overnight oats and dragon fruit powder. Mix well.

In the 3rd bowl, combine overnight oats and matcha powder. Mix well.

In the 4th bowl, combine overnight oats and butterfly pea powder. Mix well.

Pour the oatmeals in each glass making the layers. Alternate the 4 porridge oats.

For decoration purpose, add cookies and blueberries or fruits of you choice.
