Sweet Pizza

Today, the recipe is an unconventional dessert or something like a sweet pizza. Pizza crust, itself, is keto and low carb. The pizza can be adjust to be keto, if you decorate it only with berries and for the topping - you can use no sugar spread, tahini, peanut butter, any nut butter or keto chocolate spread.
Ingredients

1 cup flaxseed flour

1 cup coconut flour

1 cup water

1 tbsp. coconut oil

1 tsp. baking powder

8 tbsp peanut butter (chocolate spread or any nut butter)

1 banana

1 kiwi

2 strawberries

handful of blueberries

Mix flaxseed flour, coconut flour and baking powder in a bowl. Stir.

Add coconut oil and 1 cup of water. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Spread the dough in a pan lined with baking paper. Bake it in a preheated oven at 160 C (320 F) degrees with a fan for about 20-25 minutes.

Cut the crust into slices while it is still warm. Set it aside to cool down for a while.

Spread each slice with peanut butter. Add toppings - kiwi, banana, strawberries and blueberries.
