Hello friends, today I am sharing the second part of the main recipe. It is extremely tasty, easy and does not take much time. Here you can find the first part => Keto Fettuccine Pasta. No oven needed.

Ingredients

  • 400 g (14 oz) cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g (7 oz) feta cheese
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • Keto Fettuccine Pasta <= my easy recipe here
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano (or basil)
  • 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes oil

Place feta cheese in the centre of the pan. Distribute the cherry tomatoes around it.

Pour sun-dried tomatoes oil. Season with salt, pepper and dried oregano.

Place the pan on the stove. Cook on medium to high heat. Put the lid.

When cherry tomatoes are ready, add crushed garlic. Fry it for 30 seconds.

Mash tomatoes, garlic and feta cheese with a spatula.

Turn off the stove and add the Keto Fettuccine Pasta. Mix well.
