  • 2 cups greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp organic pink dragon fruit powder
  • 1 tbsp organic blue spirulina powder
  • 1 tbsp organic purple pea butterfly powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup red currant
  • 3 tbsp erythritol (or maple syrup, honey, agave syrup)


Pour the yogurt in 3 different cups. Prepare 3 different spoons.


In the first cup sprinkle the pink dragon fruit powder and 1 tbsp erythritol. Stir.


In the second cup sprinkle the blue spirulina powder and 1 tbsp erythritol. Stir.


In the third cup sprinkle pink dragon fruit powder and the blue spirulina powder (or instead purple pea butterfly powder) and 1 tbsp erythritol. Stir.


Pour some of the colourful yogurt into each coconut bowl. Mix it gently for unicorn effect.


Decorate the bowls with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and red currant.


  • Optional toppings: chia seeds, granola, coconut flakes, edible flowers, nuts, honey, or agave syrup for a touch of sweetness
