Hello friends, I recently showed you a recipe for sweet Zebra pancakes. I couldn't resist to show you a recipe for salty crepes, again they are "Zebra" or "Marble" but this time they are green.

  • INGREDIENTS FOR THE GREEN LAYER:
  • 100 g spinach (handful)
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • INGREDIENTS FOR THE WHITE LAYER:
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

In two large mixing bowls, whisk the ingredients for both layers.

Heat a non-stick pan over the stove at medium heat.

Pour a portion of the white batter in the middle of the pan.

Pour a portion of the green batter in the middle of the white batter. Alternate.

Tilt the pan carefully with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.

Cook the crepe at one side. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.

Tip:

  • Idea for the stuffing: cream cheese, parmesan, mozzarella, tomatoes, cucumbers, pesto, olives, sun-dried tomatoes.
